Full Vaccination Training
UCA-NI has partnered with AM First Aid to provide a half-day training programme for new Vaccinators. In-Person Refresher Vaccination Training
UCA-NI has partnered with AM First Aid to provide In-Person Refresher training on BLS/Anaphylaxis. You do not need to have taken your original training with Coastal Core or AM First Aid to avail of this 1.5hr refresher. 2627 Cohorts Aug-Jan & Feb-Jul
UCA-NI's essential management introduction programme focusses on the key aspects of Community Pharmacy management & being a Responsible Pharmacist. Content reflects the requirements of community pharmacy employers, preparing new Phamacists fo roles requiring business and people management skills. Suitable for Foundation Trainees, Pharmacists new to the register, new to NI, or any member of staff new to management. Also includes Vaccination Training.
Level 2 Pharmacy Services Apprenticeship
UCA-NI and Global Horizon Skills offer a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Apprenticeship for Counter and Dispensing Assistants. Training is BTEC Level 2 required for working within the dispensary. Apprentices must be employed for a minimum of 21 hours in a community pharmacy and will be expected to have or achieve a minimum Grade C in English, Maths and IT on completion of the programme. Pharmacy Services comes with full funding provided to cover training costs for those under 25; incentive payment of £670 will be paid to the pharmacy on successful completion of the programme.
