The NI Business Brunch was held in the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Shaw's Bridge, Belfast but this time in the Laganview Suite adjacent to the main hotel building.
This series of more focused events offer pharmacy owners and managers the space to explore ways to help you propel your business forward.
Building on our first Brunch in October, the theme was "Unlocking Capacity in Your Pharmacy", focussing on how pharmacies can run more efficiently while creating the capacity to grow services and strengthen their teams.
The panel discussions explored practical ways to improve workforce management, make better use of skill mix in the dispensary and build trust within pharmacy teams so staff can take on greater responsibility; panellists looked at regulatory landscape in Northern Ireland and how to navigate compliance while developing new services.
